Tai Chi & Qi Gong Classes in Poole, Wimborne & Broadstone

 

 Public classes are like workshops, in that unlike a course or a term the classes are always running and you do not  have to sign up for  anything or pay in advance.

 

 There is a huge amount of repetition in Tai Chi so if you miss a class, you will not get behind.   Students progress at their own rate. 

 

 Regular students get a syllabus to help with their practice at home and every couple of months we run Saturday  morning 2hr workshops  to explore specific areas of the syllabus in more detail.  Please see the 'About' page for  details of the Elemental Tai Chi Syllabus and class  content.

 

 Classes are pay as you go, currently £10.
